Assist in sourcing and selecting an architect, structural engineer, party wall surveyors, building controller, interior designer, and construction team, as required • Establish and evaluate the construction scope in collaboration with the client & construction team • Review contracts with the client and contractors
Assist in sourcing any required permits, if relevant • ​Provide regular site visits to discuss all project processes, schedules and budgets with contractors & clients

Additional Services, on request:
Assist in sourcing fixtures & fittings, as per brief by client or interior designer • Plan the kitchen layout & fittings, with the supplier, as per clients’ requirements • Assist in the planning application & communicate with local planning control, on clients’ behalf, if required
