"Suzanne was the project manager during the refurbishment of our kitchen and was invaluable in masterminding the whole job. She sourced and contracted suppliers, arranged visits, obtained samples of various materials, units etc., arranged payment schedules, organised deliveries so that items were on site when they were needed, liaised with contractors and ensured that the whole project proceeded smoothly with all legal requirements met. She visited on a weekly basis to check how it was all going.
We were particularly impressed by her meticulous attention to detail. Together with the kitchen company we contracted, she drew up detailed plans showing not only precise measurements and location of units and appliances, but also provided plans of where power points, light switches and plumbing and gas feeds were to be located, also noting whether existing ones were to be kept, removed or relocated.
All in all nothing was too much trouble, and we were very conscious of her professionalism in her dealings with everyone involved, and aware that, while having a new kitchen is always a daunting process, it was made much less so by Suzanne’s experience.
In addition, she had previously worked with a number of the suppliers she recommended, and they were obviously all extremely happy to work with her again. As, indeed, would we be if we were to undertake another major project".
